Another selection of freshly released interactive maps

This week, a couple of multimedia stories by The New York Times (who else?) have been praised all over the Internet, and both making use of interactive maps: Riding the New Silk Road and In Climbing Income Ladder, Location Matters. From Al Jazeera, comes an overview of Syria’s rebellion and in Brazil, the Pope’s visit to the country also led to the creation of several maps.
