Old charts, maps and graphics in another 'old style' round-up

To start another week, our selection of vintage information designs will show you a type of illustration that is often left behind, when we talk about data visualization: blueprints. Technically, they do stand outside the ‘normal spectrum’ of what we see around the Internet as examples of information design, but in the case of this set found by the folks at Old Book Art surely deserves a place in this post.

This series, all from 1910-1920, was an effort by the Alpha Portland Cement Company to promote the use of concrete and cement in building, and we leave you with three of those blueprints to open our list:
