For this week’s Vintage InfoDesign introduction, we picked a recent article by Michael Sandberg, who invites us to learn more about Otto Neurath and the Origins of ISOTYPE – the International System Of TYpographic Picture Education has been present in almost every edition of this weekly space, and it’s great to see more blogs dedicating posts to it.

Also published last week, this post by Manuel Lima is a must-read. In it, Manuel talks about old visual metaphors and the use of not-so-new forms of visualization, such as Figurative Trees, Arc Diagrams and Treemaps.
