Just in time for this week’s Interactive Inspiration came a wonderful work by Jan Willem Tulp for Scientific American. The Flavor Connection has been featured and praised by the top data visualization experts since its release yesterday, and if you haven’t played with it yet, make that your first ‘task’ for the weekend.
