Back to Mexico, for more quality infographic design

If you follow our weekly round-ups of infographics from magazines and newspapers, you’ve noticed that a big part of the works featured there come from several Central and South American publications. And that means that occasionally, we bring to our Portfolio of the week section infographics designers from those countries – well, more than occasionally.

Today’s portfolio comes from México, and belongs to Oscar Huerta a coleague of Gibrán Meza at Sinaloa’s newspaper Noreste:

“I am an engineer, but I was seduced by design and illustration. I have worked for media for 14 years, the last two, making infographics and data visualization. I’ve passed through all the design positions in the newsrooms of Contexto de Durango and La Voz de Durango, and today I work as a Web designer, sheltered by an excellent and talented team in the newspaper Noroeste, in Sinaloa.”
