Here’s a quick post paying tribute to creativity and Google Maps. Postcards from above is a cool Tumblr launched recently by Akos Papp, a designer from Hungary working as Junior Art Director at BBDO New York.

Using aerial images captured by Google Maps and giving them a vintage postcard look, the site has been mentioned all over the Internet, and has just received the first guest submission (see below), something we’re sure will keep happening now that the site has been featured in places like Fast Company.
