A few months ago we mentioned the First Persian Infographic Festival, an event held November, 8, in Tehran City (Islamic Republic of Iran), that was the result of a team effort involving different universities, artists and media representatives. The goal was to introduce the modern concepts of information design to the local community of designers, journalists and academics.

The organization now posted some photos on the Festival’s website – nice to see Visual Loop being mentioned in one of the slides -, and they were also kind enough to send us some of the work produced by the local infographic design community.

We wish the best to all the participants and institutions behind the First Persian Infographic Festival, and hope to see more editions in the near future.
