A return to Mexico for this edition of Portfolio of the Week – a country that is becoming a regular presence here in this space, dedicated to promote the work of infographic designers from all over the world – both experienced and young professionals.
Today, we’d like to introduce Diana Estefanía Rubio, a 24 old designer who’s been working at the daily newspaper La Razón since 2011. Little by little, as the newsroom gave her space to work, she ended up falling in love with infographic design – “I like to picture the infographic in my mind, as the story id being read to me, I rarely do sketches, just let it flow. The daily challenge is to make a “boring” topic interesting to grab the reader’s attention”.
