US Elections 2016: 50 new interactive dataviz

The second installment of our selection of interactive maps, infographics and data visualizations about this historical Presidential race

It’s almost time to know who will be the next President of the United States. And what else can be said about the campaign that hasn’t been said already? No matter the outcome in November 8 (well, actually it matters), this election will went down on History as one of the nastiest moments in American democracy, and we’re sure that a good portion of the world will be just relieved that it is over.

Following up our first round up with interactive data visualizations about the 2016 US Elections, we puilled together a new list with 50 new online features that illustrtate the intense media coverage of both candidates. You should also take the time to check out the special sections in the major news outlets such as The New York Times, The Washington Post or The Guardian, just to name a few, since they have really dedicated valuable resources to breakdown the campaign, the polls and all the other aspects behiund the Presidential race.

Many of the examples featured below come from these “graphics powerhouses”, but we also have several exciting projects from independent designers, companies like Google, and even from academic instituions. So, without further ado, here are 50 new interactive features about the 2016 US Elections.
